CSV Export Registration not showing Group Billings

I have an event for which is free. Group registrations show on the back end and fore end but when "export registration" is used from the back end there are no group entries at all. They are missing. There is not even the name of the user that registered the group.

If I export the registrations for an event that has only group registrations i get no prompt to save a file. Nothing happens.

Could you please let me know what version of the extension you are using ? If you are using version 1.4.4 (latest version), please go to Event Booking -> Configuration, find the config option "Include Group Billing records in CSV export", set it to Yes. After that, the billing records will be exported .

Thanks. That is a little better. But it doesn't export the information of everyone in the group, just the person who registered. I suppose that's not so easy to fix?

Do you see the config option Include Group Members Records in CSV Export ? Just set it to Yes and Group Members will be included in the export as well .

Oh, that's strange. Can you download the new version from Orders History again and upgrade to your site ? I remember I added this config option into the extension recently (after making a public release of version 1.4.4.) .

I have the same problem. Did you manage to resolve the issue?

I have the latest version with the 'Include Group Members Records in CSV Export' option set to 'yes' but my CSV is still not showing the members.

Same here. No, I have not solved it. I have downloaded and installed it. I now have more options

Include Group Biiling Records in CSV Export Yes
Include Group Billing Records in registrants managemenet Yes
Include Group Members Records in CSV Export Yes
Include Group Members Records in registrants managemenet Yes

But the group information is not exported to the .csv

I can see it on the back end though when I click on the registration person for the group.

Is there any update on this? It's not working here still.
