Reminder emails are not being sent! Please help.
(The Mass Mail feature and confirmation emails are working)

Yeah same with me.

I followed these steps: joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ku...iew&catid=62&id=7512

and it still doesn't work. I use Bluehost and set up a cron job and I get this error:

Status: 500 Internal Server Error
Content-type: text/html

I'm not sure why this feature wouldn't work right out of the box.

This issue was fixed long time ago. Could you please upgrade your site to version 1.4.2 ?

I installed Event Booking last month so I have 1.4.2. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I remember this issue was fixed long time ago. Please get this file, unzip it, upload it to components/com_eventbooking/models folder. After that, it will work as expected !

I tried that, waiting a few days, and I am still getting the Error - no emails are being sent out. I enabled the feature in my event, set the notification day to 1 day before, changed the date of the event to one day ahead, added your fix, followed the directions on joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ku...catid=62&id=7512 , and I still get that error and no email notification. What am I missing?

Sorry for lately response. I was at my home for my wedding and only come back to office for working on tomorrow morning .

Regarding your issue, could you please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check it ?
