Registered Users

Is there any way that I can get all users who register for an event to be automatically created as a joomla "registered" user so that they can use their log in details with other joomla components.

I need people to be able to register for a course. Once registered with their username and password details they can then have access to restricted class content.

Please let me know if there is any way to do this. At the moment none of my registered users are showing up in the joomla registered users list

Right now, this feature is available for Joomla 1.5 but not available for the version for Joomla 1.7. I will try to integrate this feature into the version for Joomla 1.7 in the near future !

Just go to Event Booking -> Configuration, set User registration integration config option to Yes and it should work as expected. If it is not, then you need to download latest version of the extension and upgrade to your site to have this feature !

Any news of this is going to be updated for 1.7

We've just decided to upgrade our website from 1.5 to 1.7 (so a complete rebuild from scratch to make sure it works) and have just found this is not a function anymore. Basically is what our site is based around (people must register for an event before/same time as they have an account created).

just looking to select a event registration plugin for Joomla 1.7.3. Just browsing the features.
Having the possibility to create a registered users account is in my opinion a must have.

Is there a planning when this will be added to the 1.7 joomla version (as it is already implemented in the 1.5 joomla version)?
