Meta Title and Meta Description was created by ozwest
Is there a way that I can automatically assign the value of the TITLE OF EVENT to the META DATA:Page Title field and the DESCRIPTION (or a truncated version of it) to META DATA:Description field.
I am using the simple layout form for users of the website to submit events and I find that Google often comes up with errors such as duplicate titles etc because these fields are not filled in.
I would love to just save that value of the TITLE the user puts in when submitting the form into the META TITLE field and same with the descrription.
Maybe passing the values on through a hidden field??????
Any solution to that? Thank you.

Hello
No, it is not possible. But I think the extension is working like that automatically
That mean if no data for page title is entered, event title will be used
Same for meta description. It will use description of event (get 200 characters)
So I'm unsure if the modification is needed

I am using JSitemap and in there is an Eventbooking Wizard.
However JSitemap does not access the correct data somehow, I now decided to not use JSitemap for Eventbooking.
Looking at Search Console I am seeing the following warnings (see attachment) and as you see there is a reference to the description.

These are warnings and from what you can see, these fields are optional
And this is something related to Google Structured Data, not these meta data
