Still impatiently looking for front end multi-language manager to cut my clients' access from the back end.
You have been mentioning about this couple of times and I am waiting for almost one year for it to come true!

Added it to my todo list so that I won't forgot about it. We will have it in 3.8.1 or if not, 3.9.0 for sure
