Out of interest (and frustration) how are you converting the date in excel, I have tried and cannot do it using the excel format box and am having to change them maunually.

Hi Alison,
On home ribbon, I'm clicking on the down arrow in the format section, and choosing More Number Formats, then entering the custom format from my last post, so that the edited dates match the original date format from the export. I'm not entirely sure how that format matches with my settings in Events Booking though?
Regards,
Donal

Thanks for responding Donal
Weird though, that is what I have been doing and it doesn't change it in my Excel. I will keep trying.
