Hi, we also can't access the download. Is there a link to the manual download? Or how would our webmaster go about updating?

You can submit a support ticket letting us know the email you used to purchase the product or PayPal Transaction ID of the purchase

We will then find order, assign it to your account so that you can download latest version and upgrade it to your site

Agreed. A 1-page overview to check all release changes is very much needed.

It is actually impossible to display full change logs in one page. Unlike other software, Events Booking is very active in development, there are many releases in a year and I am afraid of we could not display the change logs in one page

Actually, if it was collapsable per version instead links to seperate pages, it would be much more readfriendly.
In that case it would not take much more place then joomdonation.com/forum/events-booking-ge...ing-change-logs.html , but everything could be read in 1 page.

Anyway, just a suggestion.

Today, I released next minor release of Events Booking, version 2.11.2. This versions contains some small improvements below:

1. Add rss support for upcoming events page and events category page. It is turned on by default, if you want to turn it off, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Show Feed Link, set it to No

2. Improve Export Registrants feature, format the value of Date Custom Fields using the Date Format you configured in Configuration

3. Added a new setting to custom field called Hide on Export. If you set it to No, the custom field won't be included in the registrants export

4. Use a new Excel library for exporting registrants, hopefully, it will prevent timeout issue when you export large number of registrants (some customers reported this issue before and we had to advice them to change the Export Date Format to CSV instead of XLSX for exporting registrants)

5.Add support for [DOWNLOAD_CERTIFICATE] tag to allow sending events certificate download link to registrants on Mass Mail and Batch Mail

6. Improve search module, hide the categories/locations from the dropdown which doesn't contain any events

7. Improve upcoming events module, add a new parameter to allow choosing the locations which you want to display events from and only events from the selected locations will be displayed

If you want to use these small improvements, upgrade to latest version of Events Booking to use it. We will continue working to improve the extension from time to time

Great. Thanks for letting me know. Another way to update is:

1. Access to joomdonation.com/download-ids.html , get Download ID of your account

2. Enter that ID into Download ID config option of Events Booking

Then in the future, when there is new version of Events Booking release, you can update to latest version using Joomla update (you don't have to go here to download and update manually)
