change order of options on product

Is there a way to change the order of the options once they are loaded onto a Product?
I have a product with 7 options entered as
1. Stripe Colors - 38 values
2. Embroidery fonts - 7 values
3. Stripe widths - 4 values
4. Color Colors - 23 values
5. Length - 22 values
6. Embroidery - text field
7. Embroidery color - text field
i would like the entries to be #5, #4, #3, #1, #6, #2 then #7.
Would basically have to start all over to get them in the right order if there's no way to change order.
