Problem in checkout after J4 - J5.4.06 update eShop v4.03

I have not yet updated to eShop V5, as I usually wait to see if there are any problems experienced.

The error looks quite similar to the error I had 3 years ago and customers get stuck at the delivery and can't proceed to payment in the checkout:

I have updated the duplicate shipping plugins, but it hasn't changed, and I think the new error is perhaps related to the offline payment plugin, as the error code mentions it: 

error                            <!DOCTYPE html><html lang="en-GB" dir="ltr"><head>              <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">        <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />              <meta charset="utf-8" />    <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />    <title>0 Cannot access protected property os_offline::$title</title>

I haven't copied the rest of that error code here, but that last line above seemed to be the only thing I can identify at this stage. I looked at the published plugin and see it is a Version 1, then downloaded a duplicate one and that is version 2.5.4. I haven't as yet configured or published the duplicate - I wondered if it could perhaps work by trying that and unpublishing the original one?

(I have not updated to J6 either, as the Kunena component on my site is not yet fully supported.)

How would you advise I proceed?

Hi Alison

Just want to update that it causes by conflict between EShop and Events Booking. The conflict happens because some files from very old version of Events Booking left on your site. We removed these files and the error is gone now
