Giang, are Mark comments the way to update plugins (Manually?

pretty sure you just download the latest version. After you unzip it, you'll see a folder with "duplicated-shipping-plugins". Pretty sure these are the latest versions that you need to install and have to do them manually.

Dear all,

That's correct. If you are using duplicated shipping plugins, then did same as Patrick Toulze said, then the problem will be resolved.
