This issue something caused by wrong setting in your PayPal account or regarding the mail server.

Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can check and find the exact reason of issue for you.

I already helped you via ticket system. The reason because you didn't setup the Webhook (for Stripe) and IPN (for PayPal) properly.

I guided you to do that to resolve the problem.

Sorry to reopen an old thread but we are having exactly this issue for the last two weeks. Change of order status emails send fine but new order emails to admin and customer do not send. Site is using SMTP / Stripe. The Stripe webhook is in place and showing no errors.

Can you advise what the issue might be or what we can check next?

Switching Eshop email setting to "Global" has now fixed this issue for me.
