up-down arrow buttons in BE

Hi,
it seems the up- and down-arrow-buttons for list sortings in the backend arent working, please see screenshots. They have "disabled"-classes on them and are without function. Is there a way to activate them?
I cant say if this was before because I installed eShop complete new.
