Hi,
Of course, if you log in with the super user role, you will be able to see all categories. However, I would like to see the page where all categories are listed, because I will try to log in with the Macomb user and I want to confirm that the category is not visible.

Hi,
Thank you for your explanation and the screenshots.
Please note that in Edocman, if an account is assigned as a Super User, it will have access to view all categories. Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict category permissions for Super Users in Edocman. Super Users always have full access by default.
If you would like to limit access to specific categories, you will need to assign users with lower permission levels instead of Super User accounts.

Hi,
I have tested a scenario on my computer as follows:
- I created two user groups, called Group 1 and Group 2.
- I created two access levels for these groups, called Access 1 and Access 2.
- Then, I created two main categories and set their access level to "Preset" corresponding to Access 1 and Access 2.
- I also created two users. Both users belong to the Registered group, but one is in Group 1 and the other is in Group 2.
- On the frontend, when the user from Group 1 logs in and goes to the Categories List page of Edocman, they only see the category accessible to Group 1. The same applies to the other user and their corresponding category.
