Self download link not working

Hi
Using the latest version of Edcoman, noticed an issue when try to download a document it redirecting page to document link /download
instead on the same page.
In document setting the link is direct download and self.
any clue what can cause it?

Of course the download link should be difference with the current document details url, it will be a "Download" function. Normally the sef links will have "/download" at the end.

it self url is not working.
its redirecting the page to /download and we getting download file option.
It should not be redirected to download page on click.

Tried latest version re install. no success.
If login required kindly share where i can send those for review or site url.

I see, but actually, you should click on menu: Support Tickets at the top to raise new ticket on category Edocman.
