View option not available

I creating a new topic in response to the post  joomdonation.com/forum/edocman/70965-vie...n-not-available.html
I am not sure where I can enter my site url and admin credentials without them being visible? Typically there is a location where users would enter the credentials in a spot above the post that only moderations can see, but I don't see anything like that. Am I missing something?

Please do not provide your site credentials here, it's insecure. You can click on menu: Support Tickets at the top and raise new ticket on category: Edocman. That's private area and you can send your site information without any problems.
