Please be more clear. Is there a "download button" or are you clicking on the link and your browser is offering to download the file for you? What program is offering to save the download - Edocman or your browser?
I tried Chrome and Edge - they both give me the notepad version of the file. However, Firefox plays the movie without giving a option to download. I would like my users to be able to download the 384MB video to their machines before viewing it and I thought Edocman had a way of doing this.

Hi John,
When you click on button/link to download document, Edocman will process the function to download the physical files. Depend on browser, the download popup will be shown (Firefox) or the file will be downloaded automatically (Chrome), at this time, Edocman won't able to manage the way files downloaded.
Thanks
Dam
