Hi
I am sorry, according to our terms and conditions joomdonation.com/terms-and-conditions.html , we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase.
Since you purchased the extension 3 years ago, you will need to make a new purchase if you want to download latest version of the extension.
Regards,
Tuan

Fair enough. Then I want to ask the following.
Can I use edocman 1.6.0 in Joomla 3.x? It will be more convenient for me as I have added/modified significant amount of code to meet
my requirements in this version. I tried to install in Joomla 3.x and the component installed ok. The modules and the plugin installation came out with a Jinstaller error. I changed the xml files by substitution of install tag to extension tag and everything was installed correctly.
However when I try to go in edocman it comes up with a white (death) page. Can you give me a hint on that?
Thank you

I saw that a customer can use EDocman 1.5.7 on Joomla 3, so Yes, you can use 1.6.0 on Joomla 3. It should work well.
BTW, if you purchased EDocman 3 years ago, I don't know how you can get EDocman 1.6.0.
Regards,
Tuan

You are right. My version is 1.1.0. Purchased on 29-8-2012. Is there any possibility that this will work in Joomla 3.x anyhow?
