Hi Tuan,

Thanks for this! Just to make sure: Is the extra line form the document.php (your previous post) included in this plugin, or do I need to upload the document.php again after installing this fixed plugin?

The file document.php is not included in the plugin, so you don't have to re-upload it. Just install the updated plugin and it should work well !
