Problems downloading the new Version of Edocman was created by Claus
Hi,
I purchased Edocman in 7/2012 and received an email that I can get further versions for free! - BUT when I log in it now says my purchase is expired and I need to pay again to get access to the new version.
Can you please help?
Thanks
Claus

Hi Claus
As stated in our terms and conditions joomdonation.com/terms-and-conditions.html , we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase.
So yes, you can download future releases for free within one year from your order date. After one year, the order will be expired and you will need to re-purchase it if you want to get latest version.
Regards,
Tuan
