helpme, I bought the edocman component, and I want to migrate from docman to edocman,
and I get this error.

500 - error
JDatabase::getInstance: Could not connect to database

any ideas
i have joomla 2.5

Hi Daliana
That means the database information you entered in Configuration for the migrator component is not correct. Maybe you can send us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can migrate the data for you ?

Dear Administrator,
I am using Joomla 3.1.5. When I tried with the same component, I have found this error on Configuration page.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JController::getInstance() in /home/website/public_html/new/administrator/components/com_docman2edocman/docman2edocman.php on line 19
