Why don't you please help me by giving EDocman a 5 stars rating and a nice review at extensions.joomla.org/extensions/directo...tion/downloads/18008 to support my development :) ?

I need to be able to do this same thing!
I want my users to view, but not download.
Can you help me as well?

This feature is now available in the latest version of the extension. So if your subscription is still active, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version and upgrade to your site. After that, follow the instructions at :
Hi Jeff
I implemented the feature into the extension. So you can login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, see the order, download it and upgrade it to your site. After that, edit the module, set the Link Type parameter to View Document. After that, when users click on the link, they will view the document instead of downloading them.
Also, you can go to EDocman -> Configuration, change the two config options as below :
1. Hide Download Button : Set it to Yes. Then when users browse for documents in EDocman, they won't see a download button.
2. Show View Button: Set it to Yes so that users can see the view button instead of download button which allows them to click on to view the document.
