sorry but i have commitment on privacy ( list of user and i can't do that); i saw that the download is associated with an url of a site in your panel i can't see what is the good id ; i have 2 product from you edocman and booking

Firstly, if you are unable to upgrade the extension from the Backend, you can still go to our website, access the "My Downloads" section, and download the latest versions as long as your subscription is still valid.
You are still entitled to support from us. However, there may be some limitations in cases where we need access to your site.
If, due to sensitive reasons, you cannot provide your site information and administrator account, you may consider creating a test site without important data. We can work together on this test website. Although this may take more time, it ensures we can identify the exact cause of the issue while keeping your data safe.
