SHIPPING COST-METHOD DO NOT APPLY WHEN LOGGED IN

Hallo! I just show a bug and I need help!
When I put an order as a logged in user( with my account) ...in the order prosses-steps does not show at all the shipping method step to choose , it goes to payment method directly and at the final step where it shows the order and costs details it does not add the shipping costs. Is there something I shouls do? If it is bug please check it as soon as posible...thanks in advance!

Hello Depy,

This is not bug. The reason because you didn't enable Require Shipping mode for your store as well as the products. So:

1. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option at, at "Require Shipping" choose Yes.

2. Go to edit products, under Data tab, make sure that you chose Yes for Require Shipping too.

After that, the Step 3 of Step 4 will be available at the checkout.
