2checkout shipping and billing information

Hi, I bought the plugin 2Checkout for Eshop. it is normal that the shipment information are not automatically populated with the fields of the customer in Eshop? Currently, when the customer chooses 2Chekout must reinsert the fields of shipping in the checkout payment, which are the same fields in eshop. Is there a way to hide the Shipping and Billing information? We sell downloadable products and we do not need this information

If you sell downloadable products, then when edit product, under Data tab, you should choose Require Shipping to No. Then the Step 3 (Shipping Address) and Step 4 (Shipping Method) will be hidden automatically. The Step 2 (Billing Address) can not be hidden.
