Weight shipping + option for free shipping

Hey Giang,

When using weight shipping I do not see an option to enter a minimum sub total for free shipping.

I would like to use weight shipping but still want to make shipping free if order amount is above € 100. Right now it still shows weight shipping if order amount is higher then € 100. I want the weight shipping option to disappear if order amount is higher then € 100.

This option is available if you use price shipping but not with weight shipping. Could this be added?
