menu bar doesn't work in iphone

The menu bar doesn't respond on iphone. Open the case for 6 days, keep asking me to try, but not working. They don't work in lunch time, but only update my case in lunch, basically no support. Refund me the money please.

Actually, our developer did checked and replied you. For some reasons (due to server configuration, I believe), it works well for http, but not https

Our developer checked the result via http and saw that it worked, that was the reason causing the confusing. I replied you via support ticket, please provide me the information so that we can get the issue sorted
