OP-Real Estate Site is Now Operational

My problems are found in the property listing. I am unable to find where and how to control the layout. For example:

1. When I go to the details of a property listing I get a large icon of a folded map with a geographic marker icon. How do I get this section of the page to display the map next to the image.? (See attached image). I do get a horizontal map below the property discussion window. I would prefer the map to be adjacent to the property photograph or if it can only be displayed below, then eliminate the icon next to the photo.

2. How do I remove the Video Section from this page? I do not expect to use it often. Where is the on/off video element controlled? (See attachment 2)
   
3. Can I edit the Discussion Section Window? Where is this element controlled?

Hi Howard,
1. The large map icon in the photo gallery. You can solve it by uploading more pictures for property or switching different theme through tool: Manage OSP Themes at Backend of component.
2. If you remove Youtube embed code, the Video section will be disappeared.
3. Where is the part "Discussion Section Window" ?

I have just discovered another problem. When I view the site on a mobile, the logo is not mine but the OS Property logo. I have not been able to locate the OS Property logo used in the template so that I can replace it with my company logo. I was successful in replacing the main logo for the desktop display.

I have just checked your site on mobile. But i don't see OS Property logo, could you please make this matter clearly?

I just checked, and you are right; the proper logo now displays at the top of the site when viewed on a mobile device. As late as yesterday, it was still displaying the OS Property logo while the corrector logo was displaying correctly on desktop views. Perhaps it was cached in some way. No other changes have been made which would affect the logos.

We will take the site live this week. Many thanks for your prompt responses to my questions.

I hope you are planning an update manual for this template series. The nine-year-old manual causes a great deal of confusion when trying to adapt to the latest Joomla versions.

We have just migrated the OP-Real Estate site into its final online home and are pleased with the outcome. However, whenever a user attempts to send a message from the Contact page, the following error is reported: "Could not instantiate mail function." We are running Joomla 5.2.4. How do we correct this error?

Could you please check the Email Settings in Joomla Global Configuration and make sure the Joomla mail function is working correctly?

Global Configuration is working fine. I am using SMTP settings and all messages from the System/Server are now working fine as well as Details page and Contact Us.

However, the only email function that is not working is the check box "Send a Copy to Yourself" in the Contact Form. No copies are being received.
