Quick Search module du template OSP Real Estate

I am currently making another site which has its own template
I would like to place Quick Search module of the OSP Real Estate template
in this new site
like the other site
www.alsaceprospecthome.fr/
I got the Quick Search module from this site
and I installed it in the new site
all went well
but I do not understand
there is an error
