error Quickstart 1054

After a long time i try to install the template OSPRealHomes everything from the begin.
Then i don't know what i do wrong and i get the error
1054 Unknown column 'c.optin' in 'field list'
i change php differnt version but nothing.
Just english language.
What i miss i don't know.
Any help...

Please install latest OS Property version into your Quickstart package, the issue will be solved

just copy it because after install doesn't work anymore joomla.
is nice if you update the template and working without the magic
