Installation of OSP Real Home - Quickstart- Has this error?

Dear Dang Thuc Dam or any Guru here,
I have recently bought OSP Real Home Template and i tested instaling in localhost, it works perfectly but when i upload to the real internet server environment and it has this error as attached after installing.
What would be the problem?

Hi Tonylao,
I am afraid that the issue has cause from setting of your server while it doesn't support JPG images. Can you please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. We will figure the problem for you.
