Adding Main Menu

Currently I had managed to add main menu i.e. Home entertainment, spare & Accessories, large appliances, small appliances, contacts and on sale but when I try to add more main menu e.g privacy policy its not aligned like the rest it appears below the home main menu. kindly assist on this, also note that am an amateur on webdesigning
