Osquicksearch Module - adding property category

I'm using OSP Realestate Template with OS property V2.9.4. Is is possible to add property category drop-down filter in the module? Users can only select property type in the default module. I also want to add another filter to narrow down the search on a specific category. Can anybody please help?

Hi, I want to know if I can make this change.
I tried to get into the module, but I can't customize the fields or title.

And if I wanted to eliminate some fields from this module? Type "Rooms" or "Bath" ?
