Don’t work drop-down list on additional page

Hello !

I have successfully adding additional fields in object parameters.
It works fine if i fill the object date from the administrative panel.
If i add object as agent from front-page, it don’t works fine.

If I click on the additional field link, its don’t come drop-down list. The script just knocks me of footer.

in the administrative panel it works.

I realized that it is in test mode, if you do not fill in all required fields earlier.
