Quick Search module destroyed the layout was created by Yiannis

I have a multilanguage web site with three languages. If i don't enable Quick Search module everything works fine (screenshot11a). When i enable Quick Search module, logo stick to the left edge of the page and the menu height becoming smaller(Screenshot12a). Can I do something?
