Themes screen width

Hi Dang,
I just purchased OSP yesterday, and am still very unfamiliar with it...so apologies for a stupid question.

I want to make the themes the full width of my screen, as it is messing up my top menu... I guess there will be a <span> somewhere in the css, but I just cant find it, and there is nothing on the forum that I can see related to this.
You can see the issue in the attached screen prints.
