Install Error - Eshop Theme - Fashion Pro was created by Edward Brown
Downloaded the zip file and using the zip file, will not install.

Error 1:  Invalid xml file for installation function
Error 2: Theme Install Error

Joomla version:  Joomla! 5.4.5 Stable

E-shop version: 5.4.1
