Search module does not search products - it only appears to search articles

Hi,
Search module in EShop does not search products - it only appears to search articles - am I missing something?  Is this a permissions issue somewhere?
Please advise.

goto plugins and look for the eshop search plugin, activate this, and the search should work.

I do not have a plug-in for search in the version I have (that I downloaded and installed yesterday). Only Payments and Shipping plug-ins are present. I cannot Search option in the eShop Configuration either. Please help - without a working search function, this eShop cannot be used.

You need to find it under Plugins Manager of Joomla, not EShop.
