EShop version 3.3.0 released

Happy New Year 2020! I hope the best things will come to all of you in 2020!

Today, I am happy to announce the next release of EShop Shopping Cart extension, version 3.3.0 with some great improvements:

1. Checkout Layout Improvement.

From this new version, checkout layout is improved so each time customers complete a step of checkout, the Checkout content will be scrolled to top. This will allows customers to view and go to next step of checkout easily.

2. Shipping Plugins Improvement.

All of default built-in shipping plugins have a new parameter called "Disable Products" which allows admin to select the disable products for the shipping plugins. When a shipping plugin has Disable Products selected, then if the cart includes at least a disabled product, the corresponding shipping option will be not available.

This feature is really useful if you have some special products (too heavy, too long, etc) and you want to setup a special shipping option for them.

3. Google Feed Export Improvement.

In previous version, EShop has the feature to allow you export products to CSV format of Google Feed. From this new version, we added the feature to allow you to export products to XML format too. So if you want to import the products from your store into Google Feed, you have 2 formats: CSV and XML now.


4. Offline Payment Plugin Improvement.

In previous version, if customer choose to use Offline option, the Order status is set to Pending by default. However, from this new version, admin can specify the default order status for Offline payment plugin. So it can be set as Pending or Complete.

5. Add Product End Date feature.

In previous version, a product has Product Available Date feature which is used to specify the date that a product to be available. From this new version, we also add Product End Date feature which specify the date that product to be not available.

So if it is set, a product will be only available from Product Available Date to Product End Date.

6. Update Mollie Payment Plugin.

Since some updates from Mollie, EShop Mollie payment plugin does not work properly. It is the issue related to SSL. We must update EShop to resolve the issue. So if you are using Mollie payment plugin, you need to update EShop to the latest version 3.3.0 to still have it work properly.

7. Pagseguro Payment Plugin Issue Fix.

There is a small issue with Pagseguro payment plugin and it is fixed. If you are using this payment plugin, please re-download it and update to your site.

8. Add new Robokassa Payment Plugin for Russian.

There is a new payment plugin called Robokassa. This is used for Russian.

9. Other Improvements/ Issues Fix.

- Orders Manager Improvement to add Invoice Number column to the list orders.
- Download PDF Product Improvement: Use product ID instead of product SKU in PDF Filename.
- Fix a small problem with product links on the results page of products filter.
- PDF Product Image issue fix: Select the image path is Absolutely or Relatively.
- Add Product Available date into sorting options list so customers can sorting products on the list by Product Available date.
- Some issues fix with Fashion Pro template to meet the latest version of T3 Framework.
- Compatible with latest Joomla version 3.9.14.

If you edit Offline Payment plugin now, you will see it. Please look at the attached screenshot.

thank you for the update. EDIT: I posted here some days ago, but found out in between, that the shipping plugin did not work due to my misconfiguration of the shop. Everything is fine and works as intended.

Yes, we had a hard time caused by covid 19. The next version of EShop will be released in next few days.
