error on 3.2.1

After update to 3.2.1 new users could not register anymore , getting 'internal server error' when clicking next button in the cart registration.
User could still register trough the normal joomla registration but not in in the cart registration.
Had to revert to 3.2.0 then it worked again ..

I have it on a test site if you want to see or investigate it ..

I think the reason maybe some wrong settings related to Captcha at Registration. Please submit a new ticket to send me the super admin account to your site there so I can help you to check.
