Today, I released the new version 2.6.2 of EShop with some new features and fixes:
1. Google Merchant Center - Shopping feed.
The feature helps you export products for Google Shopping Feed. New to the term Google Merchant? More details can be found at Google Merchant Center.
To use this feature, you should go to EShop -> System -> Exports, then choose Google Feed as Export Type.
2. Add Require Shipping Address option
So from now on, you can turn Shipping Address at the checkout on/off. Many stores doesn't need the Shipping Address option at the checkout process, so this option is really useful.
3. Support TLS 1.2 for Eway payment gateway
As you may knew, from 28 August 2017, Eway drop support TLS 1.0 and 1.1 so we must upgrade our Eway payment plugin to support TLS 1.2.
If you are using Eway payment gateway to accept online payment in your store, then you must upgrade EShop to have it work properly.
4. Other small improvements / fixes:
- EShop Tags module fix to remove un-used tags.
- Improve Exports layout to display corresponding fields for each Export Type: Products, Categories, Manufacturers, Customers, Orders and Google Feed.
- Fullly support UTF-8 for CSV Exports.
Thanks for using our product and continue supporting our developments.
Sincerely, Giang from OS Solution.

Dear Giang
Many thanks for your improvements and enhancements
Unfortunately the Internet Explorer Issue has not been fixed within 2.6.2
I just checked your demo Shop via URL: joomdonationdemo.com/eshop/ which I assume is on 2.6.2
Using Internet Explorer Version 11.1593 following functions do not work:
- Change Quantity
- Add to Cart
- Add to Compare
Mentioned functions do work with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Egde
Would appreciate it very much if you could fix that.
Kind regards & all the best

Just a small bug with the Google Shopping Feed export, the descriptions aren't being pulled though. I'd like to pull through the main descriptions and not 'short description' as I don't use this field within the product settings.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Tom

Hello Danijel,
I will check and find a solution for that. If it is possible to implement, I will do it in the next versions of EShop.

Hello Tom,
I just made a small adjust to use full description instead of short description. Please re-download it and update again, you will see.

EShop has already had the feature to share products on the social networks as Facebook , Twitter, etc.
Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Social tab to enable that feature.

Giang Dinh Truong wrote: 4. Add PayPal language parameter to PayPal payment plugin.
This is not a good idea for multilanguage site. Before that PayPal choose automatic language, now I have am english and french site with only an english PayPal Is not possible to have an option to disable language or better have language parameter from frontend language tag? Like:
$lang = JFactory::getLanguage();
$lang = explode("-", $lang->getTag());
$this->setData('lc', strtoupper($lang[0]));
Giang Dinh Truong wrote: @Davide: I think your idea is good. I will find a way to integrate that in the next version.
Sincerely, Giang
This problem is still here
