EShop 2.5.3 was released at 11 March, 2017

Dear all,

Due to a bug in PayPal System from the last 3 days, sometime, they send IPN message to wrong URL:

domain.com/index.php?option=com_eshop

instead of to the full correct URL we registered with them through the code:

domain.com/index.php?option=com_eshop&task=checkout.verifyPayment&payment_method=os_paypal.

This bug is the reason of issue that orders in your store are not processed to complete and the notification emails are not sent out.

So I decided to released the new version 2.5.3 of EShop with only this important fix because there are many people have been using EShop with PayPal payment gateway to accept orders.

Please update to the latest version 2.5.3 if you are using PayPal in your store!

I am having a similar issue with Booking Module could this be related?

I fixed to call to correct task and payment method when PayPal call back to the site with wrong URL.
