No download email

Same as other posters. Payment taken but no instructions for download. Don't use skype.

I am sorry, I missed this post. So you said that you paid for the extension but you din;t receive it ? Could you please send an email to contact@joomdonation.com and let me know Paypal Transaction ID of the order ? I will check order and send the extension for you !

Normally, you will receive the extension as soon as you made payment . Maybe our mail server was down by the time and email was not sent to you !

I have emailed twice and received only an initial response but no download email.

It is clear from the reviews of this that are so positive that my experience is almost unique - but I remain deeply fed up. I have no option now but to ask for a paypal charge back - and I don;t want that - I want the damn download details!

Until now , I had sent you two emails with the extension (to Clarepooley@me.com) . Maybe something special with this email and you didn't receive the extension .

I also see that the order is associated to your account. So you can also simply log in to your account, access to Customer Area -> Orders History to download the extension .
