Language-string on register-page

Hallo there, after a long time.
In the latest Version I am unable to change the language of first <p> on the checkout-page/registration-page.
The Text reads:
 Please enter information in the form below to process payment for your registration #[REGISTRATION_ID]

My search-result for this <p> in the translation-file points to "EB_REGISTRATION_PAYMENT_MESSAGE".
However, changing this in the Translation has no effect.
Even changing the original en-GB has no effect.

I have searched the complete site-files and the only file this string appears on is:
  .../themes/default/payment/registration.php
And on that file there a bunch of "else" statements for this message
So it appears to me this <p> is put together by something else and I am searching for the wrong Text.

Please access to Events Booking, then Setup -> Emails & Messages, search for the message and change it to meet your need
