Reminder emails for payment

Hi Tuan,

i searched but did not find it, when a user selected pay offline. Where do I set up the days for the first reminder email to be sent when registrations have not paid, and where do I set up the days until the registration will be canceled automatically when the status is not set to 'paid'?

For that, you should use Task Scheduled docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/sche...fline-payment-handle . It is a parameter configured when you create the task

First of all, thanks for the quick reply. I have checked, and the task plugin was enabled as well as the scheduled tasks. Anyhow, i have tested and/or monitored, but nothing happens at all. I have one registration overdue, but neither canceled nor have sent a reminder before...

For this, we better should check it on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site, then we will check your setup to see what is the reason causing the issue and address it
