Ticket Types in Export Registrants

Hi there

Thanks a lot for this spectaculare component! It has such a great range of features. I really like it.

The only thing I miss so far is having the Ticket Type in the export of all registrants. Did I miss a hint in the documentation? If you could tell me how I can see the following in my export, I am very happy.

Registrant Name, Event Name, Group, First Name, Last Name, Ticket Type, #Registrant, Amount

The point is, I will use EventBooking to organize a run with different running styles like jogging, walking and children run, and need to know who is participating in wich run. The overview of runners has to contain the Ticket Title, to know who is participating in which run.

Yes. Something is missed. As ticket type is different for each event, you will need to select the event before export registrants (of that selected event) to see Ticket Type included in the export

thanks for answering. I don't know where to select the event to see all types.
If I select menu Registrants, than select the event I do not have the ticket type included.
Can you please help me with the exact menu to choose?

On Registrants Management screen, do you see Events filter dropdown? Just select the event you want to export registrants from there before pressing Export and export will work well

you are right, it works for registrants, but I need a list of participants who have made group registrations via one registrants, but are added name by name individually as participants in one order

example
Mary made the gourp-booking for 5 participants, Rita, Jane, July, Frank and Harry. Now I want to have the list with the participating ones, The registrant ist nice to have but not that important as the ones taking part

Event - First Name - Last Name - E-Mail Address
Run 1 - Rita - XXX - XX@XX.COM
Run 1 - Jane - YYY- YY@FF.COM
Run 1 - July - ZZZ- ZZ@AA.COM
Run 1 - Frank - AAA- AA@JU.COM
Run 1 - Harry - BBB- BB@UU.COM

Just want to be clear: You do not want all group members included in the export? Only one record for the whole group ?

If that's the case, could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Export Registrants Settings tab, set :

- Export Group Billing Records to Yes
- Export Group Member Records to No

Then check it again to see if it works as you want?
