Timing on Support Tickets on Helpdesk Pro

We currently use a different Helpdesk system for client tickets. But are looking into alternatives. Having looked at Helpdesk Pro, is there any function for timing spent on tickets? So we can use that for reporting

Hi Rusty

Currently, we do not have timing spent tracked for each ticket. I wonder how it should be calculated?

Thank you for your prompt reply.

With other systems, it's simply a timer which starts counting when a button is pressed and then stops counting when a button is pressed.

This adds up all time spent on a ticket.

You can view the amount of time spent on a ticket, along with a report which can be run, showing total time spent on a ticket or all tickets associated with a client. Great for billing at the end of each month.

Ah, I see. Unfortunately, we haven't had that feature available in our extension yet. I will see if I can support it in the future, but right now, it is not supported
