USPS Plugin for eShop was created by Jim Simms
I was notified by USPS that they are now requiring the USPS API for shipping calculation. They also stated that you will no longer be able to use your user ID.

Does the plugin have the ability to use API?

Thank you for submitting the ticket here. I was aware of this. I will take the time to update USPS shipping plugin soon to meet this new API from USPS.
