We run a sports club for tennis and squash and want to move away from our haand crafted membership system based on Community Builder and Chronoforms.
Membership pro looks like a good candidate.
Our membership structure is based on age with upgrade points at age 11 and 18 (where age is determined by age at 31 December of the year. Year of birth is held in a custom field.)
We see that on expiry of a subscription it is possible to offer other subscriptions based on some logic. Is there logic that could automatically offer the next age group subscription on renewal in the year the member hits the cut off age?

Thank you

Hi Wallyhowe

Unfortunately, this is a special requirement and not supported by Membership Pro. Offer subscriptions base on ages will need custom development, but I do not understand exactly the requirement yet to give more detailed answers

Tuan

Hi Tuan
Here is an example.
Our tennis membership has number of categories all of which run on annual subscripton.
Juniors up to 10 years old at £40
Youths from 11 to 18 at £70
Young adults 19 to 30 at £140
and so on.
So when a Junior reaches the year in which they become 11 we want them to be offered the subscription for Youths at £70 and not a renewal at £40 that they would have got in previous years.
When a new member registers we capture their year of birth so I was thinking we may be able to set the expiry date at that point so they get normal renewals up to that year when they get a termination and offer of next level of membership.

Hi Wally

It is not supported by Membership Pro. So if you need it, you will need to have a developer to customize Membership Pro for you to handle this. Better have a local developer who you can discuss with them about the logic directly.

Tuan
