Membership Pro os_virtualmerchant Plugin

We are having issues getting this plugin to work.  We are asked to provide the Merchant ID, USER ID, and Merchant Pin, which we do.  We are getting an error that the payment plugin is not published.  Can you suggest solutions.

The payment plugin only support one time payment. So you need to edit the plan, set Recurring Subscription to No for it to work.

Is there another plugin that does support recurring payments, or is there a way the current plugin can be modefied to accept recurring payments for Elavon (ConvergePay).

Unfortunately, it is hard to modify the payment plugin to support recurring payment. As of right now, if you need recurring payment with Membership Pro, you can only use one of the following payment plugins:

- PayPal
- PayPal Pro
- Stripe
- Stripe Checkout
- Mollie
- PayFast

All other payment plugins can only work with one time payment

We turned off recurring in converge and still got the same error. Do you have any other suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

We were able to resolve our issue. We needed to update the recurring subscription settings under the Membership Pro settings.

New Problem

We are getting an error Call to Undefined method 0s-virualmehant: setpPaymentErroMessage().

What version of Membership Pro you are using? Maybe you are using old version of the extension? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site ?
