Hi Hassan,
1. OSP Transparent template was built for a long time, and it is outdated now.
2. If you want to upgrade your site to Joomla 4, you will need to install OSP Real Estate template again, because your old OSP Real Estate only works on Joomla 3 (with T3 framework)
